- President and Founder
Phil is a graduate
of Rochester Institute of Technology; the foremost school in the
country for printing and graphic arts.
Phil began his
career as the top print salesman for the largest printing company
in New York - Peter F. Mallon. He subsequently served as Director
of Graphic Arts for PolyGram Records - when they were still making
vinyl records - and was responsible for both the creative concept
and production of album covers and the records themselves. There
he worked for possibly the world's most difficult clients: recording
artists the likes of Donna Summers, Pavarotti, Kiss and others.
Phil has also
served as Director of Print Production for Consumer Reports magazine
overseeing all print and promotional efforts. Additionally he has
served as Director of Creative Services for Dow Jones & Company,handling
worldwide direct mail, pre-press and collateral print for the Wall
Street Journal, Barrons and Smart Money. Most recently, he was Director
of Production and Studio Operations for a $120-million agency in
South Florida. With all the hats he's worn, Phil is a master at
orchestrating both the creative and print production process, from
initial concept and positioning to delivering a first rate product
. . . on time, on budget and on strategy.
Marty is one
of the most respected plant managers in the business, with extensive
experience in all print venues including letterpress, sheet-fed
offset, web-offset, pre-press, lettershop and fulfillment.
His career expands
more than 30 years having held several key plant managerial positions
in New York City. Marty is passionately committed to the quality
of the final print product, and his enthusiasm inspires both staff
and clients. Not surprisingly his efforts have resulted in many
prestigious print awards.
